PCR Ready DNA in 4 Minutes or Less
The Akonni TruTip DNA Kit for Mycobacterium tuberculosis delivers inhibitor-free, PCR‐ready DNA in as few as four minutes, starting from heat‐killed specimens and liquid or solid culture. Accommodating sample volumes that range from 100 μl to 1.0 ml or greater, significant concentration of DNA, on the order of 5‐ to 10‐fold, can be achieved. This product does not require major capital equipment, service contracts, labor intensive processes or hazardous organic extractions.
