Nearly every life science research, hospital and molecular diagnostic laboratory will benefit from TruTip's ability to provide a decrease in the length of time it takes to extract genomic DNA from Saliva. Using standard off-the-shelf electronic pipettors, multi-channel pipettors or a liquid handling workstations, the TruTip gDNA Saliva kits deliver inhibitor-free, PCR-ready DNA in just 4 minutes per sample.
Lower throughput samples may be processed using a single or multi-channel electronic pipettor. Typical extractions are performed in less than 4 minutes, or 30 seconds per extraction for an 8-channel pipettor.
Higher throughput can be achieved with Eppendorf’s automated epMotion® 5070 instrument. This low-cost liquid handling system works seamlessly to deliver high quality results in 12 minutes for 24 samples.
