With each TruDiagnosis System and at no extra charge, Akonni provides a suite of software applications and tools for managing instrument control and data collection processes as well as analyzing and reporting results. Applications in the suite include Spotfinder v3.1.1, an open-source software application developed by The Institute for Genomic Research for image analysis, and Microsoft Excel, which executes scripts averaging data from replicate gel elements, calculates signal to noise ratios, and provides the user with final results.
