PCR Ready DNA in 4 Minutes or Less
The Akonni TruTip XT DNA Kit with Beads delivers inhibitor-free, PCR-ready DNA in as few as four minutes. Accommodating sample volumes that range from 100 μl to 1.0 ml or greater, significant concentration of DNA, on the order of 5- to 10-fold, can be achieved. The kit comes in two configurations — select SPT tips for less viscous or LPT tips for more viscous samples. This product does not require major capital equipment, service contracts, labor intensive processes or hazardous organic extractions.
The TruTip XT DNA Kit with Beads is Akonni's recommended extraction kit for tougher to lyse, gram (+) bacterial pathogens. Sample sources include culture, sputum, urine, nasal or, buccal swab, plasma, etc. Example targets include:
